The B-WOMENIN Global Meeting & Expanding 2024 programme came to a successful conclusion at the MONDRAGON Otalora Training Centre. Over 30 professionals from the field of business internationalisation met to share their experiences and reflect on female leadership in the sector. 

This initiative, led by the Basque Government and MONDRAGON, highlighted the importance of cooperation to strengthen female presence in global business. During the event, Leire Mugerza, President of the MONDRAGON Congress, highlighted the need to promote equal opportunities, while representatives of cooperatives such as Orkli and Eika discussed female leadership in internationalisation. 

The event finished with a networking session, consolidating the community created by B-WOMENIN Global and laying the foundations for future editions, reaffirming the commitment of MONDRAGON with female talent in the business sector.
